Blocks 2.2.16

  • Remove ability to configure advertising blocks
  • Introduce responsive, static ad unit block to leaderboard area (top of homepage & category pages)
  • remove no longer required css for hiding and showing non responsive ad slots
  • move universal ad slots to after opening body tag
